Do you offer design help if I don't have artwork?

Yes! We can refine your design or create something from scratch to fit your brand and your project.

How is embroidery priced?

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count and quantity.

Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can actually read. Think of it like translating your logo from a visual design into a set of instructions, where each stitch goes, in what direction, and in what order. It's a craft in itself, and doing it well makes a huge difference in how sharp and clean your embroidery looks.

How do I choose thread colors?

We have thousands of colors to choose from. If you have a brand color guide, we'll match as closely as possible. Not sure where to start? Send us your logo or artwork and we'll suggest the best thread colors for it.

Do you provide blank apparel or can I supply my own?

We do not typically offer contract decoration, meaning you would need to purchase the blank garments through us. We carry a wide range of apparel, hats, polos, jackets, tees, bags, and more!
