In 1980, a small Nashville print shop opened its doors with little more than a few machines, a lot of ambition, and a belief that quality work builds lasting relationships. Four decades later, that belief still runs the shop.
Today, Dragonfly is led by Chris and Brittney Hackett, the second generation to carry the business forward. They didn't inherit a company so much as a philosophy: do the work right, treat people well, and never stop improving. What started as a small operation has grown into a full-service screen printing, promotional, and embroidery house but the values haven't changed, even as the equipment, techniques, and industry have.
Over 40 years, we've seen trends come and go, technology transform the industry, and Nashville itself grow into a different city. We've changed with it. Investing in new equipment, expanding our capabilities, and building an in-house design team, because staying true to our roots has always meant staying ahead, not standing still.
In 2025, Dragonfly was named Small Distributorship of the Year by the Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South (PPAMS). A regional honor recognizing excellence among promotional product distributors. It's a distinction that reflects what has always driven this business: quality work, honest relationships, and a commitment to doing right by our clients. We're proud to represent Nashville among the best in the industry.
