Call for a quote. When you call our office, you will be asked if you have already worked with one of our Sales Representatives. If you haven't, we will assign one to you.
Having your own Sales Rep allows us to keep the personal touch to our relationship, and you will have a real person to call when you need information about your order. If you already know exactly what you want, they can give you a quote or if the details of your project are still a little fuzzy, they can walk you through the process.
With all the details worked out, you can officially place your order. We can’t begin working on your designs until you have committed to place an order.
At this point we will begin to design your artwork or process the artwork you provide. Once we have the layout as you requested, we will email a proof to you. We will need you to carefully examine and approve the artwork or request changes ASAP. Nothing can proceed without your approval.
Download Art Guidelines (PDF)When we get your approval, the artwork can be separated and printing can begin. Once the printing is done, we will call to let you know. You can then come pick up your order or, if you opted to have it shipped, it will be sent on its way.
